MOVE IN BOOKING (REQUIRED)
All exhibitors are required to book a move in date and time through Voyage Control, even if you are only unloading a small number of items. This scheduling system helps manage traffic and ensures a smooth move‑in for everyone.
What is Voyage Control?
Voyage Control is the system used by the Calgary Home Shows and Calgary Stampede (BMO Centre) to coordinate exhibitor move in scheduling and loading apron access.
How to Book Your Move In Time
An email with Voyage Control booking codes and step by step instructions will be sent approximately 4–6 weeks prior to the show. New users will be required to create a Voyage Control profile before booking.
If you do not receive this email, please check your junk folder or contact us for assistance.
VEHICLE & BUILDING ACCESS
Vehicles are not permitted on the show floor without prior approval from Show Management. Dollies will be available to transport materials from the loading apron to your booth.
All exhibitors must access the building through the loading aprons during move in and move out. Use of front entrances or side doors is not permitted.
MOVE OUT SCHEDULE
Move out will take place during the following times:
Sunday, January 17, 2027: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Monday, January 18, 2027: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Early dismantling is strictly prohibited.
Booth dismantling or product removal may not begin before the show closes at 6:00 PM on Sunday. Exhibitors who dismantle early may be subject to disciplinary action.
DO I NEED TO BOOK A MOVE OUT TIME?
No. Move out does not require a booking. Dismantling may begin at 6:01 PM.
After 7:00 PM, carpets will begin to be rolled and equipment such as dollies and forklifts may be used. Vehicles may access the loading apron once Calgary Stampede (BMO Centre) staff confirm your booth is fully dismantled.
